Debit Card

Yes, all ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account holders can apply for a Debit Card by tapping on ‘Debit Card’ in Debit Card Management in Settings of ZINDIGI app. You have the option to apply for Local Scheme Debit Card of PayPak or International Scheme Debit Card of MasterCard (Basic Mobile Wallet holders may apply for Debit Card after Biometric Verification)

Debit card will be delivered within 7 working days after placing an order.

It takes up to 7 working days for your debit card to arrive. If you haven’t received it yet, please click on “need help with something else” in the help section and write to us.

Once you receive your debit card, please click on settings icon on the top left of homepage. Go to activate card and follow instructions to activate your debit card OR you can activate your debit card by calling UAN:111-556-677

Please click on settings icon on the top left of homepage. Go to manage card and follow instructions to request a new debit card.

If you have misplaced you debit card, you have the option to Temporary Block your Debit card by clicking on settings icon on the top left of homepage. You can also mark your Debit Card as Permanent Block in case you have lost your Debit card through the same option OR you can activate your debit card by calling UAN:111556677 Please note that if you permanently block your debit card, you will be required to apply for a new debit card. However, a Temporary blocked debit card can be reactivated by following the instructions.
