Request for Money is a unique transaction that works as Pull IBFT. Where you can request the required funds from your Nova/Non Nova account holders.

Non-Nova customers will receive a SMS notification informing about the pending transaction along with a link to the application to download and create an account, move funds from Debit Card / 1-Link and approve / change / reject request for money.

Request for money transaction is free of charge for both sending and receiving customer.

As a receiver of the request, you have following actions that you may perform:

• Approve – Will approve the transaction as per the request receive
• Change Amount – Will let you change the amount (increase or decrease)
• Reject – Will discard the transaction.
• Snooze – Will delay the request for the time of your choosing.

The transaction limits of Basic & Advance account types will be followed.
