Zindigi Wallet

Zindigi Mobile Wallet Account is a bank account tagged against your Mobile Number, which can be operated through your cell phone. Through Zindigi Mobile Wallet Account, you can perform various financial services such as Cash Deposit, Fund Transfer, Bill Payment, Voucher Payments, School Fee, Government Payments and many more anytime, anywhere!

Any person holding a valid CNIC and a PTA registered mobile number in his/her name can be a ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account holder.

Your Mobile Number is your ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account.

Money can be deposited using any of the below channels:
  • By visiting any of our ZINDIGI authorized agent deposit cash.
  • By using Internet Banking of your respective bank using IBFT for money transfer. Simply choose ZINDIGI Wallet and add your Mobile Number in the account number.
  • By visiting any of our ZINDIGI authorized agent deposit cash.

Go to settings and click on “Agent Locator” to find the nearest ZINDIGI agent. Upon successful transaction, you will get a confirmation SMS. (This option is available only for the “Advance Account Holders”)

You can withdraw money by:
  • Using your debit card at any JS Bank and 1Link ATM network across Pakistan
  • Visiting any ZINDIGI Authorized Agents for cash withdrawal.

In case you forget your PIN, simply go to ‘FORGOT PIN’ on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.

It is mandatory to have a valid CNIC for opening a ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account.

There are two types of ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Accounts:

You can open One ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account against a single CNIC or Mobile number.

There is no requirement of minimum initial deposit

ZINDIGI Mobile Wallet Account can be used on any phone, you just need to remember your registered mobile number and PIN.
